Why the pipe objects
Cement cures underwater and its alkaline slurry can harden permanently inside a trap, lateral or sewer line.

Use a designated concrete washout container and follow local construction-waste rules.

Stop running water; more water may carry the material deeper. Scoop or wipe up what remains and call a plumber if a meaningful amount entered the line.
